HR CoachFollowing the departure of the Head of my PMO and by the lack of experience of the other members of my team, my organisation decided to ask John for a third time for a longer mission.
The mission is to develop the autonomy of my younger PMO team and integrate with them the PM method and the project managers.
The timing of this mission was critical as numerous priority projects were to start.
Throughout the coaching of both the PMO team and my project managers John has demonstrated his availability and flexibility even outside working sessions and working hours.
